The Remington 700 Series hunting rifle is among the most commonly-used guns for both hunting as well as military and law enforcement purposes.

It is popular because of its reliability as well as its versatility. With potential uses ranging from everything from target-practice to sniping, the Remington 700 Series bolt-action rifle is manufactured to accomodate a wide variety of calibers and of ammunition, with enough options to fit a myriad of potential uses.

One of the most appealing attributes of the Remington 700 model is its effectiveness as a choice weapon for deer hunting and other large game. It is among the most user-friendly, easy-to-use and unassuming rifles on the market.

Perhaps the most desireable part of the Remington 700 is its price, typically costing between $280-$500 for a new gun depending upon the customization options.

Finally, the 700 is extremely durable, and will last a lifetime if given proper care and regular maintenance/cleaning.

I have a Remington model 700, .308. Quite possibly my favorite rifle in my collection. Always accurate; if I can see it I can kill it.

If you add this one to your collection, make sure you have a proper gun cabinet to store it in, to keep it displayed properly, and away from hands that don't need to touch it.
